I do not have the Polish nationality nor do I live in Poland, Am I allowed to sail under the Polish flag?
Yes, the registry accepts all nationalities, even from outside the European Union.
Do I need a Survey?
There are no mandatory surveys until 13.99 Meter, from 14 to 23,99 metros we need a survey by a entity accepted by the Polish Registry or a CE certificate.
Buying a boat with Polish registration
No problem at all as long as the previous owner hands you over his documentation. We will need to return it to the registry before we can register the vessel in your name.
