How to register your Polish Flag

Step 1: Fill out the form below.

Very important: all information entered must be identical to the documents you send with the application.

Step 2: Please send us copies of the below documents to info@theboatregistry.com:

1. Current documentation of the boat (If your missing any we will take care of it at no extra cost)

2. valid ID card or passport of all owners

3. Sales contract or invoice. Whenever possible please you our international Model. It is accepted by the registry and makes registration much easier and faster. In the footer you will find a link to the contract.

4. We also need to know the name you want to give to the vessel, your current address and phone number

Step 3: After revision we will send you some documents & a power of representation to sign together with the payment options.

Step 4: Usually 1 or 2 working days after having received your signed documents you will receive the provisional registration that includes the licence number and Polish home port. You can now sail under the Polish flag!

Step 5: About 2-3 weeks later you will receive a PDF with final registration.

If needed we can now apply for optional MMSI registration.

A bit later you will receive the final registration in creditcard format at your address.
